  3. Booking Confirmation: All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a signed agreement or a deposit, as applicable.

3. Pricing and Payment

  1. Estimates: Any estimate provided by the Company is non-binding and based on the information provided by the Customer. Final charges may vary based on the actual service requirements.
  2. Deposit: A deposit may be required to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable unless specified otherwise.
  3. Payment Terms: Payment is due in full upon the completion of services unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods include cash, credit card, or other agreed-upon methods.
  4. Additional Fees: Additional charges may apply for unforeseen circumstances, such as delays, extra labor, or special handling of items.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  1. Cancellation Policy: Customers must notify the Company of cancellations at least [X] days before the scheduled moving date to avoid cancellation fees.

5. Liability

  2. Insurance: The Company provides basic liability coverage. Customers may purchase additional insurance coverage if needed.
  3. Valuable Items: The Company is not liable for the loss or damage of valuable items (e.g., jewelry, cash, documents) unless specifically disclosed and agreed upon prior to the move.

6. Packing and Preparation

  1. Packing Responsibility: Customers are responsible for ensuring that items are packed securely unless the Company provides packing services.
  2. Prohibited Items: The Company does not move hazardous materials, illegal items, perishable goods, or items that may pose a risk to health or safety.

7. Storage Services

  1. Storage Terms: If storage services are required, the Company will store goods for the agreed period under secure conditions.
  2. Access to Stored Items: Customers must provide advance notice to access items in storage.
  3. Abandonment: Goods left in storage beyond the agreed period without renewal or payment may be deemed abandoned and disposed of at the Company’s discretion.

8. Access and Delivery

  1. Access to Premises: The Customer must ensure clear and safe access to both the origin and destination locations.
  2. Delays: The Company is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond its control, including traffic, weather, or restrictions at the destination.

9. Customer Responsibilities

  1. Accurate Disclosure: Customers must disclose any items requiring special handling (e.g., heavy furniture, fragile items).
  2. Presence During Move: The Customer or their representative must be present during the move to guide and verify services.
  3. Inspection: The Customer is responsible for inspecting goods upon delivery and reporting any issues immediately.

10. Dispute Resolution

  1. Claims: Any claims for loss or damage must be submitted in writing within [X] days of the move.
  2. Resolution: The Company will work to resolve disputes promptly and fairly.

11. Intellectual Property
